The rate may vary depending on the service area in addition to the extensive process and handling of your specimen. The rate can also vary based on the number of orders you are having filled at one time, also the shipping and delivery required are taken into consideration as well.

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee of $75.00. Failure to show up for an appointment without prior notice will result in a no-show fee of $100.00. Appointments canceled more than 24 hours before the appointment, a full refund will be provided if paid in advance or rescheduled at no charge. We provide a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. However, if the customer/patient is not at the scheduled location or the appointment is cancelled within 1 hour or less of the appointment time, the customer/patient will be subject to the full cost of the service.

The turnaround time for most routine tests is 2-3 business days, however, some specialty tests can take up to 7 business days.
